This mammoth ivory sculpture shows the female form reduced to a triangle with slight extensions hinting at the torso and thighs. The apex of the triangle marks the prominence of the buttocks but depending on how it is orientated the representation might suggest a seated or bending figure or a standing figure with a large behind. A D-shaped ivory fragment, as well as sculptures made on pebbles from the same site suggests a similar abstraction and minimalism.
